The decision was taken at a special meeting of the board of the Panhellenic Pharmacists Association (PFS) following a relevant proposal have called a a 48-hour nationwide strike on March 10 and 11 in response to demands by representatives of the troika to end restrictions on sales of non-prescription medicines, to introduce changes in the ownership of private pharmacies and to the extend their working hours by the President of the Association Kyriakos Theodosiades.
The board of the PFS will meet again on March 11 to decide upon next moves.
