Equity prices were dropping on Thursday 30/10/2014 on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index down 1.22 percent, standing at 921.68 points at 11:00 am, and turnover at 14.12 million euros.
The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was down 1.02 percent, and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was also down 0.22 percent.
On individual sector indices, the biggest gains were in Oil and Gas (+1.23 percent), Chemicals, (+1,57 percent) and in Constructions (+1.21 percent). The biggest losses were in Banks (-2.40 percent), Public Utilities (-1.89 percent) and Raw Materials (-1.28 percent).
Of the stocks traded, 25 were up, 32 were down and 6 were unchanged.
