SYRIZA deputies submit query to Parliament on Attica

Twenty one SYRIZA deputies on Thursday 30/10/2014, submitted a query to Parliament, demanding the immediate and full compensation of those affected by recent devastating floods in Attica.

The deputies also called on the government to immediately grant the necessary funds to the Attica regional administration aimed for the relevant studies and construction works that would shield the region against flooding.

Moreover, they accused the government of announcing measures of emergency financial support to flood-hit citizens, after excluding Attica region governor Rena Dourou from a meeting to assess the damage.
