Kikilias: No tolerance for those who desecrated the Holocaust Monument

There will be no tolerance for those who desecrated the Holocaust Museum in Athens, Public Order and Citizen Protection Minister Vassilios Kikilias said on Friday night, 31/10/2014

"I want to condemn this heinous act and to emphasize that the State will not show any tolerance for those who insult the memory of thousands of our fellow citizens who lost their lives during the Holocaust," Kikilias commented from Washington, where he is on an official visit.

On Thursday night, vandals sprayed the signature of an extreme-right group on the Holocaust Monument, located in an open small park in the centre of Athens.
Police has launched an investigation into the incident.
