The shooter was checked and then released
Police had found the Albanian villain in the past and had taken him to police headquarters.
According to reports, in early October, police had bring the Albanian gunslinger in the police department in Ambelokipi because he was moving suspiciously near the police headquarters, next to the metro station.
Then the 31-year old villain had shown his identity papers and the release papers from the prisons of Chania, and had declared as his permanent residence the home of his cousin in Crete.
So after verification of his identity and since there was not any prosecution against him, they left him free and arrested him today.
