The composition of the new government is expected to be announced on Tuesday (27/01/2015), according to SYRIZA sources.
The new cabinet will be a small one while some of the existing ministries will be merged while the ones to be formed will be headed by a minister and possibly by some alternate ministers.
SYRIZA leader Alexis Tsipras on Monday(26/01/2015) at 19.00 is expected to meet Potami leader Stavros Theodorakis. In a phone contact with KKE secretary general Dimitris Koutsoumbas, Tsipras told him that he intended to brief him on all crucial issues.
According to the same sources, SYRIZA's Yiannis Dragasakis spoke on the phone with outgoing Finance Minister Gikas Hardouvelis and stressed that the discussion at the Eurogroup meeting on Monday (where Greece will be represented by Hardouvelis) cannot touch upon substantial issues.
