New Democracy will win the elections, its leader Meimarakis says
New Democracy leader Evangelos Meimarakis, who tours Aitoloakarnania and Achaia to meet with local administration representatives and farmers, underlined that the aim of the party is to gain as many votes as possible from the undecided.
"New Democracy will be first in the elections," he estimated and stressed the importance of stability. He also said that New Democracy averted the 23 percent VAT on private education and pledged that the measures for farmers will not pass.
Meimarakis will speak at Patras, at 19:30.
