Tsipras, Schulz discuss the new landscape in Europe after Brexit
The new landscape in Europe after the Britons’ decision to leave the EU dominated a meeting between Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and the president of the European Council Martin Schulz on Tuesday (28/06), according to government sources.
Both Tsipras and Schulz stressed the importance of strengthening the social agenda of the EU.
On his part, Schulz suggested that Britain should start the procedure of exiting the EU as soon as possible.
