Tension at refugee camp after car accident
A woman and a child were killed on Sunday (16/10/2016) outside the refugee camp in Oreokastro, Thessaloniki, after being hit by a passing car.
Another child has been taken to the Ippokratio hospital in Thessaloniki and according to the National Emergency Aid Centre, it does not seem to be in any danger.
The incident caused tension in the area as refugees set the car on fire. The driver of the car has been detained.
