State Council to hold third meeting on TV licences

Two members of the plenum will be absent due to health problems.

During the meeting, the 30 judges will vote on the three issues that will allow them to proceed with the main case and decide on constitutional and other relevant issues that have been submitted by the TV channels. The three issues that will be put to the vote are the admissibility, the legimitate interest and whether the claims of the TV channels are meritorious.
