Turkey must respect EU member states airspace and territorial waters, says EC spox Koncijancic

"EU underlines that Turkey must unequivocally commit to have good neighbourly relations and calls on Turkey to avoid any friction, threat or action against a member state that sets into jeopardy the good neighbourly relations and the peaceful arrangement of the differences" stated to EurActiv website, EU representative adding that negative statements that threaten the good neighbourly relations should be avoided".

Moreover, EU stressed the importance of member states airspace and territorial waters' sovereignty to be respected" said Koncijancic.
