Pigasos Publishing sells 19.6 pct stake in Mega channel
Pigasos Publishing sold a 19.6 percent stake out of a total of 32.7 percent in struggling private TV channel “Mega” on Monday, the two companies announced with press releases at the Athens Stock Exchange.
Pigasos said it sold 19,791,879 shares in “Tiletypos” (Mega Channel), leaving it with a 13.09 percent stake in the broadcaster. According to reports in media, the stocks were purchased by businessman Ivan Savvidis.
