No increase in electricity tariffs, the ministry asserts
The Ministry of Environment and Energy confirmed that there would be no increase in electricity tariffs while there would be discounts up to 80 pct for customers entitled to social tariffs.
However, the ministry announced the review of the institutional framework and the imposition of stricter controls in order to put an end to widespread fraud.
