Israeli ambassador and Toskas discuss Rouvikonas paint attack
Israeli Ambassador in Athens Irit Ben-Abba on Tuesday spoke on the phone with Greece's Citizen Protection Minister Nikos Toskas, the Israeli Embassy announced on Tuesday, saying the discussion had been about "the recent attack with paint against the Israeli Embassy in Athens by the organisation 'Rouvikonas'."
"During the discussion, the minister condemned the attack on the embassy and promised that every effort will be made to arrest the culprits and lead them before justice," the announcement added.
The ambassador thanked the minister for the prompt response by the Greek police after the attack and relayed her government's request for the arrest of those responsible, it said.
