Tanker carrying fuel runs aground on sandy shoal outside Psara harbour

The tanker had set sail from Mytilene port with 17 people on board.

A coast guard patrol boat has responded and has approached the tanker, while a tug is expected to arrive from the island Chios to help pull the tanker free.
