Lab for cutting heroin located in Athens district of Kypseli
A laboratory for cutting and packaging heroin has been located in the Athens district of Kypseli, Greek authorities said on Thursday.
Three persons, a 38-year old Albanian man and two Greeks aged 48 and 53, were arrested during a police operation in the districts of Kypseli, Patissia and Pangrati and all three were charged with drug dealing.
A search in their houses and other areas they frequented revealed a complete set of equipment for cutting and packaging heroin, 29.16 grammes of heroin, 4,965 grammes of a mixing agent, 6,410 euros in cash, 11 cellphones and two sets of precision scales.
The suspects under arrest were sent to the prosecutor, that referred them to the examining magistrate.
