Police in Exarchia targeted in 3rd attack over Easter
In the third consecutive attack over the Easter break, youths assailed MAT riot police with petrol bombs in the early hours of Monday morning and then fled the scene before they could be caught.
The attack occurred about an hour after midnight, targeting a platoon of riot police on Harilaou Trikoupi Street, and followed similar attacks early on Easter Sunday and Holy Saturday.
No injuries were reported, while none of the individuals involved was detained or arrested.
