Putin: Full-scale international team needed in MH17 crash scene
President of Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, stated today that M17 plane crash should not be used for political interests and asked autonomists to allow a fully representative group of experts to be working at the crash scene under the guidance of ICAO, the relevant international commission.
"Everything possible should be done in order to guarantee the security of international experts in the site of tragedy", said V. Putin on Russian Television, wearing black suit and black tie
Russian President repeated that he is convinced that this tragedy would have been avoided, if Ukrainian government had not ended ceasefire and had not repeated operations against autonomists of eastern Ukraine.
"However, no one should - and has not the right to – use this tragedy in order to achieve selfish, political goals. Such incidences should not divide people, but unite them", he said
