Half of the students at the University of the Aegean are leaving
The alarm for the future of the Aegean University, sounded the rector Mr. Paris Tsartas, as the University risks losing almost... half of its students.
According to Mr. Tsartas, if during the week pass the amendment, which brings in the parliament the Education Minister Andreas Loverdos for student transfers, then the Aegean University will lose 45% of its students, which is amounting to 1067 people.
This will result in closure, since the University has totally 2,380 students, with the data so far.
