Meanwhile, in regular Justice remains part of the file relating to the former head of the Financial Crime Diotis, who has been implicated in the case due to multiple usb reproductions made in the content of the list and the head of the Financial Crime Kapeleris for non-exploitation.

Both received a deadline for the first ten days of September to prepare for their advocacy line.

The former head of the Financial Crime has been prosecuted for disloyalty to the service on felony, while Diotis is burdened with the additional offense of exporting a document. The latter was involved in the case, as he had received from the former Finance Minister a copy-memory stick with the original list, which he allegedly falsified.

Kapeleris had received a list of 20 names from Papakonstantinou, with the largest depositors in the list, with the command to check if the names actually correspond to accounts, but without carrying out tax audit.

According to information, in his presentation Pliotas emphasized that the elements presented in the file show that the former Finance Minister has deleted the names of relatives from the list.

Meanwhile, Papakonstantinou, according to the prosecutor, ordered the tax audit for his relatives, thus prejudicing the Greek State. For the relatives, Pliotas states that they exploited their affinity with Papakonstantinou to delete their names from the notorious list.
