HRADF: New chairman and CEO

Emmanuel Kondilis and Paschalis Bouchoris will be the new president and the new CEO of HRADF, replacing Konstantinos Maniatopoulos and Giannis Emiris, respectively, whose mandate expired.

The Finance Minister, Gikas Hardouvelis, thanked the President of HRADF and the CEO for their valuable contribution in the field of privatization.

Kondilis
Kondylis is Emeritus Professor of Business Administration of University of Piraeus and Director of the Division of Program Management and MBA - Tourism Management Department of Business Administration. He holds a Ph.D. (Operations Research) from Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management - USA, M.Sc. from Case Institute of Technology - USA and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Athens.

He has extensive management and consulting experience holding senior positions, among which are those of the President and CEO: Montgomery Ward, Eaton Corporation, Ciba Geigy, Greek Tourist Real Eastate (Chairman), Doxiadis Associates / Dubai & Khartoum, Heracles (Executive / Chief Director), Lava, Industrial Minerals, quarry, Astir, EVIESK, Hercules Packaging, ISAP, ERGOSE, National Telecommunications Commission, etc. He organized and directed the Productivity Enhancement Program and the Application of zero-based budget with applications in 20 Ministries and 30 Companies / Organizations. (He was also Vice President of the Committee for Improving the Administration of the member countries of the OECD - Paris). He's a member of many scientific organizations and his work is published in Greek and international journals.

Bouchoris
Bouchoris is from the National Bank, where since 2006 he was an executive having served as head of the responsibilities of the major corporate credit expert management, international business and investment banking private equity. Since 1996 he has held managerial positions in the private sector in Greece and the U.S. , specializing in restructuring, business investments, mergers & acquisitions and strategy. He studied Electrical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Rotterdam School of Management with specialization in Finance. He was born in Athens in 1968.
