They tax the poor like the rich...!

They tax the poor like the rich...!

A great number of citizens would pay more taxes this year, despite the statements of the executives of Treasury that this year things will be ... better.

The big losers are freelancers, whom the state faces as ... rich and dangerous for hiding income, thus it raised the tax!

Entrepreneurship - even individual businesses with freelancers - instead of being supported, becomes prey to the hands of the state for revenue. It is like telling people to stop working as freelancers! The State becomes partner in profits, leaving "crumbs" to him who works.

The evidence of the General Secretariat of Public Revenue, so far, shows average tax of 1,013 Euros for the nearly 2 million submitted declarations. Traditionally, however, those who know they will pay taxes delay the submission, regardless of whether this year installments have fixed deadlines for everyone, no matter the day someone filed a tax return.

See some examples of the amount that was paid by the freelancers last year and what will be required to pay this year.
We spoke in a known tax advisor and president of the Institute for Economic and Fiscal Studies, Mr. George Koromilas, who has calculated the following data:

Example 1:

Single taxpayer with incomes of individual commercial business 10,000 Euros.

Last year had income tax 500 euro, 275 euro deposit tax and 650 euro for license fee, i.e. total 1,425 Euros.

This year will be 2,600 euro tax (taxable from the first euro), an advance tax of EUR 1,430 and 650 for license fee, i.e. total 4,680 Euros. Difference of 3.255 Euros compared to last year!

The particular taxpayer is invited to live with almost half of his income, since the other half is taken by the state in taxes!

Every two months, starting in July, will pay 1,560 Euros / dose.

Example 2:

Single taxpayer with incomes of individual commercial business 20.000

Last year paid income tax 2,420 Euros, 1,331 Euros for an advance tax, 650 Euros for license fee and 200 Euros for special solidarity levy because his income was over 12,000 Euros, i.e. total 4,601 Euros.

This year, the same taxpayer with the same income would pay income tax 5,200, 2,860 Euros deposit tax, 650 euro for license fee and 200 Euros for special solidarity levy. Total 8,910 Euros. The tax is increased compared to last year of 4,309 Euros.

Last July, the end of September and end of November will have to pay 2,970 / dose.

Example 3:

Single taxpayer with incomes of individual commercial business 35,000 Euros.

Last year paid income tax 7,070 euro, deposit tax 3.889 Euros, 650 Euros license fee and 700 euro special solidarity levy. Total, 12.309 Euros.

This year, will pay 3,146 Euros more because: 9.100 euro will be the income tax, deposit tax 5,005 Euros, 650 Euros license fee and 700 euro special solidarity levy.
