Wildfire in progress on Crete
A wildfire that broke out on Sunday (23/11) in the area of Koutsouras, Lassithi region on Crete is in progress.
The fire the was set under control on Sunday evening but later rekindled due to strong winds blowing in the area.
The blaze is burning forest and brushland but does not threaten inhabited areas.
Twenty fire engines with a 46-member crew, a team on foot and volunteers are currently in the area battling the blaze.
