Kammenos: Consent, after the elections

The meeting of the President of ANEL, Panos Kammenos, with the honorary president of ND, Constantinos Mitsotakis, ended.

"Mr. Mitsotakis did not ask me to support Stavros Dimas", said Mr. Kammenos, inter alia, in statements to the press.

He urged him however, as he said, to find a consensual solution for the election of the President of the Republic.

However, as Mr. Kammenos stated, such a solution cannot be found before the elections and reiterated his position for early elections as soon as possible.
As the president of ANEL said, Mr. Mitsotakis believes that concerning the economy, things are in borderline.

"He asked me, in these difficult moments of our country, to find a consensus solution, in which all the political forces of the country to have a national policy, to enable them to negotiate. I replied that there can be such a solution, after the elections. After the popular mandate, the forces of the country should form a national common position that will abrogate the memoranda", said Mr. Kammenos.

The President of ANEL, blamed the government coalition, saying that Samaras and Venizelos refuse dialogue.
Indeed, Mr. Kammenos attacked personally to the Prime Minister, saying that he does not come to the House and that he refuses to debate national issues.
Concluding, Mr. Kammenos said: "We will not give the kiss of life to Mr. Samaras and Mr. Venizelos".
