"While New Democracy is following a communication policy with populism and insults, we are dealing with the real needs of the society," SYRIZA spokeswoman Olga Gerovassili said on Monday.
"We have proven and we promise that Greeks will not lose their homes. We call on (New Democracy leader Evangelos) Meimarakis to explain why he abandoned the Greek family last December. We call on him to tell the Greek people what he will do regarding the protection of the first residence," she added.
