Concluding the 3rd review within 2017 'remains the objective', Breidthardt says
"Good and constructive" negotiations are being held between the government and the institutions, European Commission spokesperson Annika Breidthardt said here on Monday during the midday press briefing.
Work at a staff level was underway, she said, while "the objective remains to complete the third review of the Greek programme by the end of the year." The heads of the institutions' missions will return from Athens in the last week of November, she added.
