Moscow expresses condolences to Athens for flood deaths, offers to help
Russian Emergency Situations Minister Vladimir Puchkov, sent letter to the Greek Interior Minister Panagiotis Skourletis, expressing his condolences for the victims of the flash floods that affected western Attica in the last 48 hours, according to a report in RIA-Novosti.
Puchkov also said his ministry is ready to provide all possible assistance to help eliminate the consequences of the floods in Greece.
