Seamen's Federation declares 24h strike on Friday
The Hellenic Seamen's Federation has declared a 24 hour strike on Friday, with the option to escalate mobilisations.
Ships throughout the country will remained docked from 00.01 until 24.00 on Friday.
In an announcement, the Federation said that "unfortunately the problems facing seamen are not only unresolved by the government but there appears to be no will to resolve them, despite the constant and empty promises".
