What does the (American) fox want to the (bacteriological) bazaar in Ukraine?

What does the Ukrainian Defense Minister Valeriy Geletei mean when he calls upon his fellow citizens to prepare for "tens of thousands of victims" and a huge "patriotic war"? Why the Ukrainian official (who is under the absolute American guidance) chose this moment to insist in the assertion that Russia threatens Kiev with nuclear weapons?

The Russian Foreign Ministry has denied these claims, suggesting that Geletei is probably a "clinical case", but what happens in the background and why are expressed so many concerns by the Ukrainian-American intensive cooperation in the field of chemical and bacteriological weapons?

According to a confidential military report, which has been submitted to the leadership of Russia and is in the possession of the newsbomb.gr, Moscow is concerned that under conditions of uncontrolled crisis in Ukraine and the defeat of the Kiev's soldiers on the battlefields by the Russian-speaking rebels, "is growing the threat of use of chemical and bacteriological weapons by the junta of Kiev, and by the not fully controlled military formations, such as the private armies of individual oligarchs." According to the same report, "many of these biological warfare products could be produced in cooperation with the USA and the secret services", which showed immediately after the dissolution of the USSR special interest for a number of scientific institutions, which under the Soviet division, were operating in Ukraine.

According the Russian defense analysts, the American interest focused on scientific institutions, such as the Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology of Lviv, the Ukrainian Scientific-Research Institute of Plague in Odessa, the Central Epidemiological Station of Kiev, where "in the view of American experts, are located all the special infrastructures, technologies, knowledge and pathogens, which are necessary for the construction of a biological weapon."

Indeed, the cooperation was so close, that the Ministry of Health of Ukraine already ceded land within the premises of the Institute for Ecological Hygiene and Toxicology (called Medvedev), in order the Pentagon to create a lab "to guard the particularly dangerous pathogenic organisms of animal and human origin", which also can be used in different ways for the manufacture of biological weapons.

As Moscow estimates, essentially, the Pentagon has already taken control of all the scientific and production base in Ukraine regarding biological weapons and the means to protect by them, a fact that is even more disturbing, as there are growing statements on the need for "eradication of the population of Eastern Ukraine", even if million people have to die.

Similar statements are made regularly even by Ukrainian TV by nationalists journalists but also in private conversations of Ukrainian politicians such as former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, whoeven proposed the use of nuclear weapons of mass destruction, if Kiev cannot "sway" the people in the East Ukraine.

These statements are even more disturbing when combined with complaints of Russian-speaking rebels, who had observe, in some cases, the throwing against them of "bizarre bombs", which contained unknown composition "foam" and tiny needles, which were spreading like fragments. The bombs are considered that were produced by Americans and led to complaints for direct poisoning in those who came into contact with them. These incidents cannot be ruled that are associated with some kind of "experimental use" in order to come to conclusions for further use.

Such "experiments" are probably already underway with an unknown number of "lab animals" in Ukraine, since in the Medvedev institute in Kiev, is estimated that the competent Institute of American Army (USAMRIID) in cooperation with the American company Black and Veatch, are processing the electronic observation systems of the development of diseases caused by pathogens in the natural environment.

The striking is that unlike many stereotypes that exist in Western public opinion about "pro-Russian leaders", this cooperation was developed and has never wavered, nor during the Presidency of Viktor Yanukovych, who was ousted from the leaderships of those countries with which he believed that he "talked", balancing on the deep dilemma and the real division of Ukraine between East and West. Particular interest for the absolute control of the existing laboratories and the construction of new in the territory of Ukraine, has expressed the co-chairman of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, Richard Lugar, who had the initiative to create the respective laboratories in Georgia (in the former Russian airbase Vaziani), in Uzbekistan, in Kazakhstan and in Azerbaijan.

According to the Ukrainian Center for Defense - Policy Research, which is run by the anti-Russian Nt.Timtsouk, the real purpose of the laboratories is "not so much the research of viral pathogens for the needs of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, but the continued research, under the supervision of American military doctors and microbiologists, in order to create biological-bacteriological weapons, taking into account the specificity of the region."

The "peculiarity of the region" may the reason for a number of unusual outbreaks which occurred in the period 2009-2010 with a clear increase in the incidence of cholera, atypical pneumonia, pneumonic plague, etc.. During 2011, in a series of regions of Western Ukraine, the number of dead with pneumonia of "unknown virus origin for Ukrainian doctors" reached 74. This had the result that a significant part of Ukrainian public opinion and scientific society of Ukraine to come to the obvious conclusion that the activities of the (controlled by Washington) Kiev's leadership against of its own population, but also in neighboring countries such as Russia, are probably directed towards the acquisition of a tool to destabilize the entire "post-Soviet space."

Although the encouraging messages are not many, we hope that the common sense will prevail towards this and other plans, which does not allow winners and losers in the case of using a biological weapon. Common sense dictates the return of Great Europe, as soon as possible, in a climate of genuine cooperation to address the real threats, such as terrorism, and not constantly creating new outbreaks for destabilization.
