Russia does not want a war with Ukraine and is prepared to support all forces in that country that advocate stronger relations between Moscow and Kyiv, Russian State Secretary - Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said.
"No one in Russia wants a war with Ukraine. We are against using such words in respect of our relations with our closest kin Ukraine," he stressed. "We shall support all forces that advocate strengthening bilateral relations".
