Tsipras, Crown Prince of UAE discuss relations, boosting investments
Strengthening bilateral diplomatic and economic relations between Greece and the United Arab Emirates was discussed in a meeting between Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan.
The two sides focused on the positive trend of UAE investments in Greece and the furthering boost in investments ahead of the third Joint Interministerial Committee Greece – UAE in February in Abu Dhabi. To that end, Tsipras and the Crown Prince agreed to exchange high-level visits in the coming months. According to sources, the first visit could be held in April.
The talks were held on the sidelines of an UNESCO cultural heritage conference held at the Emirati capital.
