Tsipras expresses condolences to Portuguese counterpart for deadly forest fires
Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras spoke with his Portuguese counterpart Antonio Costa on Sunday to express his condolences for the dozens of victims of the forest fires raging in the country, his office said in a statement.
The premier also expressed the Greek people’s support and solidarity for the difficult times facing the Portuguese people and offered any necessary assistance in tackling the blaze.
