N. Maziotis' apology scheduled today
N. Maziotis, who was transferred from public hospital to hospital of Korydallos prison, is expected to appear once again before theexamining magistrate today.
Suspected for terrorism N. Maziotis, who was arrested last week after scuffle with police, is hospitalized in a special room with bulletproof windows and surveillance cameras, which is monitored 24 hours a day.
It is reminded that N. Maziotis faces 10 criminal charges
1. Attempted of serial homicides, in calm mental state, jointly and singly
2. Illegal carrying of a firearm, repeatedly
3. Illegal use of weapons, repeatedly
4. Offences relating to explosives
5. Robberies that committed jointly and repeatedly by perpetrators with masks, the one of which caused grievous bodily harm
6. Criminal organization
7. Seizure of false certification
8. Forgery
9. Aggravated theft by perpetrators who have come together to commit thefts and robberies as a profession, repeatedly
10. Arson with intent, of which could be a risk in foreign things.
