Government to present bad loans draft law
Outgoing Development and Competiveness Minister Nikos Dendias on Monday, 3/11/2014, will present the legislative amendment for the settlement of bad loans, namely the debts of small businesses and professionals
Dendias will do this before assuming his responsibilities as Defence Minister and handing over the Development Porfolio to his successor Costas Skrekas.
According to sources, businesses and professionals with a turnover up to 2.5 million euros on December 31, 2013 are eligible to make use of the settlement.
