Hackers tried to intrude into Greek banks' web banking system
Hackers made attempts to intrude into the internet banking systems of three Greek banks last Thursday (26/11), according to the Bank of Greece (BoG).
The National Intelligence Service, the Cyber Crime Squad of Greece and the Bank of Greece are still in constant communication and hold consecutive meetings in order to deal with the matter.
According to the same sources, hackers have asked for ransom in bitcoin. The cyber attack, as they said, lasted for 45 minutes.
