Easter Basket available from Wednesday
The 'Easter Basket' of more affordable goods for the traditional Orthodox Easter feast comes into effect on Monday, April 24 until May 4, 2024, the same day on which the 'Lent Basket' for lower-priced lenten foods comes to an end.
The Easter basket is an extension of the general 'Household Basket' with the addition of another four food categories: lamb meat, goat meat, traditional tsureki buns and chocolate Easter eggs or other related products.
