ETEKA president arrested for smuggling fuel
A large operation of Attica Police underway since this morning to dismantle a major fuel smuggling circuit, involving, according to initial information, companies and government officials.
Sof far sixteeen persons have been arrested in Attica region.
Among the arrested is the president of ETEKA and a football team (FC ATROMITOS) president as well as two state employees, one working at the customs and the other at the Environment, Energy and Climate Change Ministry.
Thirty persons have been taken in for questioning while the police operation continues.
