OAED: 10.000 new jobs for the unemployed
The unemployment agency, OAED, has announced a new program for recruiting 10.000 unemployed people in the near future.
5.680 openings will be in the regions of Crete, Ionian Islands, North Aegean, Macedonia and Thrace, Epirus, Thessaly, Western Greece and Peloponnese, the other openings are in Attica and Macedonia.
This new program will provide grants to companies in order to hire unemployed.
The duration of this program is 12 months and the grant for employees is about 18 Euros per day for total 25 days of month.
