Suspicious package causes stir at Athens airport, proves to contain surveillance device

An alarm sounded at the Athens international airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" at 14:00 on Tuesday when a suspicious-looking package was spotted near the baggage control area. The bomb squad were called in and sped to the scene but, on investigation, they found that the package did not contain explosives but a makeshift surveillance device.
