Gerovassili: The level of freedom in government's policy will multiply after August
Administration Reconstruction Minister Olga Gerovassili in an interview with Athens-Macedonian News Agency on Saturday said that the level of freedom in the government's policy will multiply after August and the new production model will close the way to policies that attacked our present and undermined the country's future.
"The foundations have been laid in order our policy to be implemented quickly in our fellow citizens every day life. The economy is growing and the country's prestige has been totally restored, Greece's geopolitical role is upgrading and the social policy is strengthening, our country and the society are finding its steps" she underlined.
"Our political conception is safeguarded and accelerated not with market's self-regulation but through strong productive and effective public infrastructures" noted Gerovassili.
Referring to the negotiations with FYROM, she said that the "resolution of the name issue and the total normalisation of the bilateral relations with the neighbouring country will bring only benefits for the country and for northern Greece. We must escape the fears and the ghosts of the past and see our future dynamically. This is a common target that should concern any responsible and mature political force" she added and urged all the political parties to assume their responsibilities towards the Greek people and towards history".
