Light quake in Chalkidiki
A light earthquake measuring 4.0 on the Richter scale was recorded at 12:02 on Monday in Chalkidiki, northern Greece.
The quake, whose epicentre was located 10km west-northwest of the town of Arnaia, according to an Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) seismological station, was described as shallow due to its small focal depth and was felt in nearby Thessaloniki.
