Trolleys to hold 3-hr work stoppage on Dec. 12
Trolleys will not run in Athens from 12:00 to 15:00 on December 12 so staff may attend a union meeting.
The trolleys will start withdrawing from circulation as of 11:00 and are expected to return to normal schedules by 16:00 or later.
