A total of 700 asylum seekers will leave from Samos on Monday
A total of 700 asylum-seekers are expected to be transferred on Monday from Samos to the port of Piraeus and from there to hosting facilities in the mainland.
Currently, over 6,500 asylum-seekers are on Samos which means that over 10 percent of the population will leave the island on Monday.
