Major police operation in central Athens
Over twenty individuals have been taken in for questioning during a major police operation which is currently underway in the area of Omonia square in central Athens.
On Thursday, one Afghan national died and another Afghan was seriously injured at a bloody incident in Omonia. In the clash took part more persons who fled to avoid arrest.
According to police sources, the perpetrators have been identified.
