Crimea declared her independence before the referendum

The parliament of Crimea voted for a "declaration of independence", while Kiev announces that will form a new National Guard.

A representative of the Crimea parliament said to Interfex agency, that MPs have ratified a "declaration of independence" of the region, which is needed for the procedures of the referendum and its annexation to Russia, which is expected to take place in Sunday.
