Flu-related deaths rise to 101
One more flu death in 24 hours in Greece.
The number of flu-related deaths increased to 101 and at the same time other 46 people are currently being treated in intensive care units. Unfortunately the people who lost their lives belonging to high risk groups, which had not been vaccinated against influenza despite the fact that flu vaccine does really works.
According to KEELPNO, the percentage of vaccinated persons belonging to high risk groups reaches 30% of the population in Greece reaches 30 %, while in the other countries of Europe reaches 70 % . 272 people entered the hospital and being treated in intensive care units last two months.
