3.7-magnitude quake hits east of Alonissos island

A 3.7-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Alonissos island in northern Greece on Wednesday night (5/11/2014) , according to a preliminary reading by the Athens Geodynamic Institute.

The earthquake had a focal depth of 10 km.
