High-voltage Moudania-Kassandria power network restored
The high-voltage Moudania-Kassandria power network has been restored on Friday, following damage sustained during the devastating Chalkidiki storm, while the medium and low-voltage networks are expected to be back on line in the next few hours.
Meanwhile, generators have been provided for the electrification of critical infrastructure (hospitals, health centers, fire brigade, police departments, etc.).
According to the Independent Power Transmission Operator (ADMIE), the restoration of the high voltage line was completed at 11:28, earlier than the initial estimates and after the mobilisation of the mechanism of ADMIE and its associates from all over Greece.
