Strong winds disrupt ferry services at some Greek ports
There were problems with several ferry services in Greece on Monday due to strong winds, reaching up to 10 on the Beaufrot scale, blowing in parts of the Aegean.

The Super Jet for the Cyclades islands did not sail from the port of Piraeus, while the Elefsina-Salamina ferry link was closed.
The ferry from the port of Lavrio for the island of Kea was also forbidden to set sail, while the Alexandroupolis-Samothrace and Rio-Antirrio ferry services were also not running.
Those planning to travel by ferry on Monday should contact their travel agents or local port authorities before departure to check for possible changes or cancellations.
