Ukraine put the armed forces in a combat situation today and Russia warned that any military intervention in the country will lead to war .
After a meeting lasting three hours or more in the heads of security and defense , the provisional president Alexander Tourtsinof said that there is no excuse for what he described Russian attack against his country.
Prime Arseni Giatseniouk , who appeared alongside Tourtsinof , said he has warned Russia to withdraw its troops and to redirect to the base of the Crimea during a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev called on the Kremlin to conversations.
"The military intervention would be the beginning of the war and the termination of any form relations between Ukraine and Russia ," said the journalist Giatseniouk .
At the same time the president Tourtsinof announced that Ukraine has strengthened the protection of nuclear facilities in the country and strategic positions .
